It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline M. Ebner of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacqueline M. Ebner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andre Marcel Charles Grant of Luxoliere de Bellussiere and Marie Lydie Roumillac; and her sister Jose'Gorny. She is survived by: her husband Major James N. Ebner; her children, Murielle Hodgson (Robert), Joel Utterback, Barbara Knighten, Mike Utterback, Judy Utterback and Christine Sweeney (Daniel); and her sisters, Christiane Maestro of Bordeaux, France. and Janine Jousselin of Bordeaux, France.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
