It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ismael Arcenio Lopez of Hampton, Virginia, born in Laredo, Texas, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Heriberta López; his parents, Alberto López and Vicenta López; and his siblings, Hortencia Davila, Alberto López, Jr. and Heriberto López.
He is survived by: his brothers, Gilberto López of Laredo and Roberto López of San Antonio, Texas; his daughters, Rosalinda Hally (John), Rebecca López, Roxanne Brown (Jim), Rita Charnick (Mark) and Reginia López; his grandchildren, Christina Hiltke (Nathan), Mark Charnick, Jr., David López, Alessandra Hally, AJ Hally and Raymond Brown; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Luke and Allison Hiltke.
