It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Isaac Banks Jr. of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on September 10, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Paige Banks Brown and Isaac Banks Senior. He is survived by: his son Mark Banks; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Banks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
