We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2023, at the age of 78, Henry Duncan Garnett Jr. of Hampton, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Henry D. Garnett and Frances Williams Garnett. He is survived by: his close friend Blechman; his wife Diana; his children, Henry Duncan Garnett III, Caroline Garnett Ledbetter (Jordan), Michael Reed McAllister (Ellen) and Douglas Neil McAllister; his grandsons, Reed Everett McAllister and John Beckwith McAllister; and his brothers, R. Jefferson Garnett (Cochran) and Lloyd M. (Doc). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and so many wonderful friends.
