He was predeceased by: his father Ermond Atwood Thompson; and his sister Sharon Diprtoro. He is survived by: his mother Theressia Thompson; his wife Karen Copeland; his siblings, Kenneth (Sophia), Kevin (Jackie), Gladys Bazmore and Karen Thompson; his parents-in-law, Marvin and Jessie Copeland; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Copeland, Glenda Copeland, Kim Copeland and Valorie Morris (Reginald). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
