He was predeceased by: his significant other Ayda Chappell. He is survived by: his parents, Bobbie Chappell and Arnold Chappell; his children, Alexandra (Cody Winston) and Daniel (Juliette); his grandchild Coraline Winston; his siblings, Kelly Boswick, Jason Chappell and Phillip Chappell; and his close friend Michael Luckey. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; extended family and dear friends.
