She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Elliott and Sarah Elliott; and her siblings, Bertha "Deedy" Carter and Charles Elliott. She is survived by: her sister Gladys E. Allerton of Hampton; her niece Joyce Ann Lawrence of Hampton; and her nephew Thomas Elliott of California. She is also survived by several great-nephews and a great-niece.
