He is survived by: his mother Marion "Patty" Cross; his wife Melanie; his daughter Elizabeth "Biz"; his stepdaughter Sarah; his siblings, Michael (Becky) and Sally (Glen); his brother Edwin (Maureen); his nephews, Kevin (Michelle) and Marc; his niece Maggie; his brothers, Andrew and Danny (Mary); his nieces, Emily (Ryan) and Caroline; his nephew Paul; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Levi, Maeve, Teddy, Kaleb, Maisyn and Declan; his brother-in-law William Luinetti; his nieces, Katarina and Maria; and also, Ashley, Joel and Mark.
Although they are appreciated, in lieu of flowers, the family would prefer a donation be made in Jerry's name to the American Diabetes Association.
