He is survived by: his wife Dr. Brenda Smith; his children, Quentin Sargent, Denzel Smith of Hampton, VA, Amanda Campbell of Norfolk, VA and Keith Richardson; his siblings, Valarie Barrett, Naomi Barrett, Charles Barrett of Alexandra, VA, Lamont Barrett (Vanessa), Wendell Smith (Andre Smith) of Richmond, VA, Michael Smith (Denise) of Newport News, VA, Quinton (Heather) and Cecil Lindsey (Audrey) of Hampton, VA; his caregiver Tarish Smith; and his friends, Robert Smith and Earlene Brooks. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
