He is survived by: his wife Jessie Kay Wallace Black; his children, Margaret Jenkins (Ken), Denice Rhodes (Todd) and George Black III (Heidi); his sister Elaine Franz (Robert); his grandchildren, Crystal Meier (Jeff), Dustin Jenkins, Mckenzie and William Black; his nephew Ryan Franz (Kimberly); and his great grandchildren, Haley, Jacob and Hanna Meier.
