He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Luther and Alberta Varnado Clark; and his siblings, Starine Clark Jackson, Luther Clark Jr., Clarence Clark and Earl Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Howell; his former wife Linda Clark; his children, Omar T. Clark (Yolanda) and Jamila K. Clark; his grandson Adriel T. Clark of Hampton, VA.; his siblings, Estella Clark of Hampton, VA. and Lenart Clark (Mary) of Fort Washington, Maryland.; his parents-in-law, Glenda Clark and James Jackson; and his brother Rick Banks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and an incredibly good friend.
