He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Nancy Collins and Shirley Simon; his uncle Jason Simon; and his cousin Gavin Simon. He is survived by: his parents, Sarah A. Collins (JT Fredin) and Ronald A. Simon (Amy); his siblings, Hannah, Mireil Rivera, Ila Ramirez and Austin Hall (Skyla); his grandfather Ron A. Simon; his aunt Lara Rice; and also Eric Rivera. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home (245 S Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23669). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
