We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2025, at the age of 87, Frederick A. Shannon Jr. of Hampton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Frederick may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda and Terrie; his sister Margaret; his brother-in-law Ray; and his close friend Keith.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
