With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Felix J. Garcia of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2023 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Heather Chlebo; his daughter Harper; his parents, Ramon (Sol) and Ramona; and his brothers, Luis, Ramon and Juan.
