He was predeceased by: his wife Caroline B. Zintner; and his children, Joan McCary and Charles Zintner. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Zintner; his son-in-law John McCary; and his grandchildren, Rebecca McCary, Sarah McCary, Jason Zintner and Brandon Zintner.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Ernie's memory to your favorite Veterans' Organization or other charity of your choice.
