She is survived by: her husband Herbert L. Palmer; her children, Pamela Bradshaw (Charles) and Michael Palmer (Julie Palmer) of Poquoson, VA; her grandchildren, Alex Bradshaw (Kaylan), Michael Bradshaw (Julia), Jared Palmer and Allison Palmer; and her great grandchildren, Eliza Bradshaw, Andy Bradshaw and Charlie Bradshaw.
