It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Conner Hagan Horn in Hampton, Virginia, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Conner and Florence Conner; her sister Marjorie Kass; her former husband Joseph Hagan Sr.; and her husband Sam Horn.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph L. Hagan Jr. of Owensboro, Kentucky, Chuck Hagan of Hampton, Virginia and Lynne Bendig of Hampton, Virginia.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions the family will be having a private service.
