It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elba Iris Butner (Hampton, Virginia), who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Rivera Santiago and Ana Rosa Salcedo; and her brother Ramon Luis Rivera. She is survived by: her daughter Elba D. Felts (Charles); her siblings, Carmen Ana Collazo (Francisco) of Huntsville, Jose Luis Rivera of Arecibo, Puerto Rico and Virginia Rivera Salcedo of Rosemount, Minnesota; and her close friends, Joe and Frances Gonzalez.
