It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Ligon (Hampton, Virginia), born in Bascom, Florida, who passed away on February 6, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Loubell Williams, Samuel Williams, Abraham Williams, Joseph Williams, Alberta Borders, Andy James Williams, Viola Harvey and MJ Williams.
She is survived by: her friends, Lois Robinson, Nathaniel Powell and Leila Hippard; her children, Wanda Sigler, Deborah Jones of Tampa, Florida and Edmund Ligon (Angela) of Hampton; and her niece Lonnie Wesley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren friends.
