She was predeceased by: her husband Joe L. Newkirk Sr.; her sisters, Lotha Jennette and Jennie Haynes; and her stepson Adrian Wilson. She is survived by: her sons, Joe L. Newkirk Jr. and Kenneth Newkirk; her stepchildren, Chanel Wilson, Joyce Newkirk (Chubby) and Kevin Wilson; her grandchildren, Omyn Newkirk and Khadija Miller; her great grandchildren, Tru Newkirk, Zion Newkirk, Elijah Newkirk, Aiden Newkirk, Omega Newkirk, Caleb Miller, Coji Miller, Gabriella Newkirk, Sage Newkirk and Myel Newkirk; and also Jonathan Jones. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
