He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dwight and Annette Hastings Stroupe; and his wife Nanci LaBarbera Stroupe. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Coffey of Yorktown and Lisa Fragala (Steve Williams) of Newport News; his grandchildren, Ashley Greene (Daniel), Dustin Coffey (Melanie), Emily Fragala, Anastasia Johnston (Drew), Amber Henry (Brant) and Angelina Fragala; and his great grandchildren, David, Jonathan, Bryan, Oaklynn, Santiago, Ethan, Liliana and Layla.
