He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennitte M. Davis, Sr. and Elizabeth G. Davis; and his brother Robert W. Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Davis; his children, James D. Davis, Kacie Martorana-Davis and Kylee Davis; and his siblings, Dennitte M. Davis, Jr., Richard D. Davis, Gregory W. Davis and Deborah Koss. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home (245 S Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23669). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations may be made to the Hampton Christian Church Building Fund, 151 E. Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA.
