He was predeceased by: his wife Treva Agee; his son Bobby Eugene Agee; and his parents, Claude Agee and Maude Agee. He is survived by: his siblings, Vera McDaniel and Lou Lee; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Peacock, Christine Behymer, Scott Wigginton, Richard Loveless Jr., Amy Doye, Michael Loveless, Lawrence Agee and Patrick Agee; his great grandchildren, Natalie Wigginton, Abigail Wigginton, Cameron Behymer, Lillian Peacock, Landon Peacock, Christopher Loveless, Brooke Behymer, Angel Doye, Elizabeth Peacock, Elizabeth Loveless, Alex Doye and Jackson Agee; and his brother Murray.
