Bookman Sr. and Nancy Vonda Bookman; his children, Kimberly Lynn Bookman and Matthew Dillon Bookman; his former wife Caroline June Bookman; his siblings, Ronald Carter Bookman and Vonda Gail Bookman (Daniel Patrick O'Keefe); and his close friend Rebecca Wilson Donner. He was also cherished by father to his own two children but also a second father.
