We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2023, at the age of 93, Donald F. Petersen of Hampton, Virginia, born in Goodman, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Lida Triplett Petersen; his spouse Glenn Hufham of Wilmington; his sons, Steve, Jim (Penny) of Hampton and Jeff (Dian) of Aurora, CO; his grandchildren, Jay, Chris (Nicole), Chad, Chase (Tiffany), Krista and Brian; and his great grandchildren, Julian, Jackson, Brooklyn, Alistelle, Augustone, Baylee and Blakelee. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested in the form of support for your local Food Bank, or Grace United Methodist Church in Wilmington, NC, where Mom and Dad were married.
