He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Booth and Nelle Booth; and his wife Linda Bilbrey Booth. He is survived by: his brother Albert Booth of Trenton, SC; his children, Suzanne Ashford (Bill) of Roanoke, VA, Donald Booth (Sheena) of Poquoson, VA and Melissa Booth of Charlotte, NC; and his grandsons, Evan Jamison and Reed Booth.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research or the Peninsula Wrestling Association (PWA).
