With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores T. Belford of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivy Cecil Topping, Sr. and Elizabeth R. Topping; and her daughter Susan B. White. She is survived by: her husband Robert P. Belford, Jr.; her brother Ivy Cecil Topping Jr. (Lorraine); her children, Roy Belford, Janet Edmondson and Robert Paul Belford III; her grandchildren, Reva Cheatham, Hannah Peckham (Travis), Robert Paul Belford IV (Sophia) and Rhiannon Belford; and her great grandchildren, Marian Cheatham, Julie Cheatham and Eleanor Peckham.
