He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Barnes and Elsie Mae Gilbert Barnes; and his brother Ezra H. Barnes, Jr. (Dennis). He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Rakes, Lucy Barnes Bagarella and Marvin Francis Barnes.
