He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Ann Barbour; and his brother Leo Barbour. He is survived by: his brother Ryland "Bobby" Barbour (Barbara); his daughters, Robin Morgan, Shannon Huff (Alan) and Zandy Amor; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Miller, Ashley Miller (Shaun Hanson), David Jacobsen, Hanna Blas, Savannah Amor (Jon Kappeler), Drew Amor (Caitlyn) and Jordan Amor; his great grandchildren, Garrett, Lincoln Blas, Kennedy and Wyatt Kappeler; his nieces, Venus Toler (Gary), Linda Gunter (Wayne), Vickie Barbour, Joan Kutchen and Joyce Skinner (Nick); his nephew Jon Barbour; and his friend Janet Moore.

The family requests donations be made in his memory to Sentara Hospice.
