He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy; and his grandson Matthew Babb. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Babb (Perry), Joanie Hurst and David L. Elmore, Jr. (Susan). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
