She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Davis and Dorothy Davis; and her spouse Sylvest "Mike" Michell Adam, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Michael Adam (Jessie) and Joseph Patrick Adam; her grandchildren, Michael David, Rachel Mercedes and Shannon Danielle; and her great grandchild Courtney Alexandra.
