He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Marie Denton; and his son Spencer Denton. He is survived by: his children, Fay Gresham, Terry Denton (Kathy), Patricia Harrell, Ronnie Murphy Joanna Murphy (Kathy), Mark Murphy, George Murphy (Marsha) and Crystal Murphy. He is also survived by many grand children and great-grandchildren; and many cousins.
