He is survived by: his wife Phyliss Giles Marshall; his children, Patryce Copeland of Newport News, Master Chief Kelan Copeland (Sindy) of Winchester, CA, Kanisha Marshall-Mason (Phillip) of Hampton and Tameka Pittman of Hampton; his grandchildren, Sargent Essence Roberts, Qevaughn (Jessica), Stephon Roberts, Kelan Copeland II, Armani Mason, Kaela Copeland, KyMari Mason, Alaya and Aniya Barrett; his great grandchildren, Tayshawn, Amaizen, QeVaughn, Madisyn and Quest Roberts; his brothers, Eddie Marshall and Jesse Marshall (Marie); his siblings-in-law, Glenda Sheppard, Patricya Everett (Larry), Pamela Kelley (Floyd), Katrice Floyd (Alvin), Louise Marshall, Dorothy Marshall, Steven Giles (Alice), Kenneth Giles (Lacresha) and Kelvin Giles (Tondrea); his cousin Juanita Goudy; and his goddaughter Dr. Niesha Johnson. He is also survived by nieces; a host of special nephews.
