He is survived by: his wife Dixie Blanche (Myers); his daughters, Cheryl Fox (Mark), Gloria Hopkins, Regina Blankenship (Dale) and Natalie Clark (John); his grandchildren, Danny Clark (Katie), Jeremy Fox (Emma), Sherry Carducci (Nathan), James Eric Duncan II, Stacy Fox (Jimmie), Tyler Blankenship (Taylor), Ally Hicks (Ben), Christy Blankenship (Cameron), Evyn Hopkins and Cierra Clark; and his great grandchildren, Reagan, Eli, Rosalie, Benjamin, Greyson, Blake, Khaleesi, Brady, Trista, Olivia and Cayson.
