With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Louise Ebersole of Hampton, Virginia, born in Middletown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 22, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Ebersole, Jr.; her son Ronald E. Ebersole; her parents, Oscar C. Stauffer Sr. and Catherine Stauffer; and her siblings, Oscar C. Stauffer Jr., Donald B. Stauffer, Jay E. Stauffer, Harold A. Stauffer, Helen J. Myers and Gladys M. Kern.
She is survived by: her children, Robert D. Ebersole (Cheryl) of Waverly and Brenda L. Kotrch of Hampton; her siblings, Nancy Stauffer-Polk of Port Deposit, Mary Ann Barto of Elizabethtown, Patsy Crow-Yocum of Middletown and Kenneth G. Stauffer (Fay) of Hummelstown; and her grandchildren, Michelle L. Carnal (David) of Hampton, Brandi D. Massie (Daniel) of Faber, Anitra J. Ebersole of Newport News, Jason W. Ebersole (Kelly) of Madison Heights and Ryan A. Kotrch of Hampton. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
