She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert O. Graves; her parents, Raymond Silver and Lucy Silver; and her siblings, Martha Wilkins, Obadiah Silver, Randolph Silver, Ray Silver, Sam Silver, Moses Silver and Dan Silver.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Graves of Rocky Mount, NC, Vanessa Fern Graves of Hampton, VA and Alphonsa Graves of Newport News, VA; and her sister Nancy Cooper (Leroy) of Rocky Mount, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
