It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll Walter Ernst of Hampton, Virginia, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Charlotte Ernst, and Charles M. Ernst, Sr.; his brother Charles M. Ernst, Jr.; his wife Robin Ernst; his daughter Rebecca Ernst; and his godmother Leoney Orie. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
