With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Marie Allsbrook of Hampton, Virginia, born in Seaford, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Carmines Slaight and James E. Slaight; and her grandson Robert William Ellis, III. She is survived by: her husband Lynn Edward Allsbrook of Hampton; her daughters, Deborah Kay Ellis (Bob) of Smithfield and Sherry Lynn Collins of Chesapeake; and her grandson Randall Ellis. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
