It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Manley Lynn of Hampton, Virginia, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on September 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Franklin Manley and Maude Smith Manley; her sons, Todd Manley Lynn (Natalie) of Williamsburg and David Dale Lynn (Tracy) of Hampton; her grandchildren, Garret (Laura), Tucker, Emily (Seth), Madison and Lauren; and her great grandchildren, Beau and Sydney.
