We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2021, at the age of 67, Carlton Rowson of Hampton, Virginia, born in Columbia, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Rowson and Goldie Hill Rowson; and his brother Terry Rowson. He is survived by: his children, Jamellah McAllister of Jersey City, NJ, Malika Burroughs of Newport News, VA, Carlton Damian Burroughs of Hampton, VA and Kevin Brown of South Carolina; and his siblings, Carolyn Bryant (Charles), Geraldine Rowson, Sadie Davis, Sandra Purington (William), Maxine Rowson, Chris Rowson (Herbert), Charles Rowson and Von Rowson (Rose). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
