It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carla James (Hampton, Virginia), who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl L. James and Nina O. James of Hampton, Virginia; her sister Felicia Draper (Michael) of Laurel, Maryland; and her nieces and nephews, Micah and Michael Draper, Jr. of Laurel Maryland. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Due to Covid-19 precautions, a celebration of Carla's life will be held during a graveside service at Parklawn Memorial Park, 2551 N. Armistead Avenue, Hampton, Virginia on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 12:00 noon.

Memorial donations on behalf of Carla T. James can be made to the Sheltering Arms Foundation, P. O. Box 91758, Richmond, Virginia 23291-1758.
