He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Williams and Agnes Marie Hutcheson; his wife Odessa Bernice Williams; and his sisters, Claradean C. Wyatt, Lorraine Diggs and Ernestine Vaughn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janine Williams (Gary Spence) of Alexandria, VA, Jerria Williams (Keith Wert) of Raleigh, NC and Lisa Williams of Hampton; his brother Curtis Hutcheson (Emma Tribble) of Hampton, VA; his grandchildren, Chase Wert (Kaeli Wert) of Whidbey Island, WA, Shawna Wert of Haddonfield and Dana Wert Quigley (Sean Quigley) of Raleigh, NC; and his great grandchildren, Wendy Wert, Carter Quigley and Cooper Quigley.
Instead of flowers, a donation to a favorite charity in his honor is suggested.
