She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Livingston and Essie Lee Clarke; her son Nathan; her brother Roger; and her grandsons, Tyriek and Oshun.
She is survived by: her husband George Parker "Junie" of Washington; her grandchildren, Dominique, Rey Jr., Jazara, Tadaisa, Xishaw and Tamory; her daughters, Annette Taylor (Rey Sr) and Tamika Parker of Newport News; and her brothers, Donnie Livingston (Christine) of Newport News, VA and Terrance Livingston (Anne) of Suffolk, VA..
