With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobbie Anderson (Newport News, Virginia), born in Crescent City, Florida, who passed away on July 17, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ella Anderson and Kelley Anderson; and her son Kelly Duncan. She is survived by her children, Leroy Duncan II, Eugene Duncan, Howard Duncan and Bobbie Jean Duncan-Sally; her grandchildren, Leroy Duncan III, Sharine Duncan, Fondarae Duncan, Fatima Duncan and Corey Pepaj; and her brother Herman Anderson. She is also survived by two daughters-in- law, one son-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews and beloved friends and neighbors.
