He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Crum Jr. and Mercedes Crum; and his siblings, David Stewart Crum and Alma Jean Piggins. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his sons, Blaine IV (Stephanie), Jarrett (Susan) and Geoffrey (Gwen); his grandchildren, Steven Scott (Shelby), Conner, Aiden, Blaine Caroline, Caleb, Chloe, Noah, Sara Beth Norton (Patrick) and Whitaker Deas; and his brothers, Larry Crum (Kathy) and Dr. Christopher Crum (Tucker). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
