With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bill Frost of Hampton, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Frost and Marion Elizabeth Rokes Frost; and his siblings, Albert, Miriam, Marjorie and Gertrude.
He is survived by: his children, William, Robert, Barbara and James; his granddaughter Shannon; his great grandchild Abigail; and his wife Ellyn Downing of Capeville.
Memorial Donations in his honor may be made to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
