She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Jean Milteer, Dr. Samantha Nash (Arthur James) of Henrico, VA and Shanita Hardy (Victor) of Hampton, VA; her brother Richard Joe, Sr. (Priscilla) of Jacksonville, FL; and her grandchildren, Victor Hardy, Jr., Ashley Megan Gibson and Xyra Farrah Rhodes. She is also survived by godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and beloved friends.
