Bette Jane Rhodes Obituary

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Bette Jane leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, H. K. Darr and Sue Darr; and her husband John. She is survived by: her children, Deborah (Steve), Tammy (Mark), Karen (Stephen), Chrissy (Mark), David (Alison) and Willie (Lynn); and her brother Don (Jan). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Calvary Assembly of God Church (1380 N Mallory St, Hampton, VA 23663).
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Calvary Assembly of God, Hampton VA or to the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, (MSAA).
