He was predeceased by: his parents, Lafayette Partin and Ethel Roach Partin; his siblings, Floyd, Johnny, Billy, Jewell, Pearl, Ruby, Katheleen and Shirley Ann Franks; and his son Wesley Partin.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce B. Partin; his daughters, Barbara Newman (Paul), Debra Winn (Gary), Tammy Byrum (Dennis) and Katie Partin (Wesley); his grandchildren, Justin Newman, Amanda Newman, Anthony Joines and Adam Byrum; his great grandchildren, Miranda Newman, Jacksyn Newman, Wilder Curry, Lilly Curry, Clara Joines, Emma Joines, Anna Joines and Grant Partin; and his sister Barbara Reed.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
