He was predeceased by: his parents, Lalla Beazlie Wingfield and Emmett Lee Wingfield, Jr.; and his siblings, Emmett III, George, Charles and Lalla Rookh.
He is survived by: his brother Charlie; his daughters, Shirley Brawley (Jay) and Sarah Stuchlak (Greg); his grandchildren, Ben Brawley (Suzie), Pete Stuchlak, Anna Kovalich (Mat) and Laura DeSantis (Joe); and his great grandchildren, Vivian Brawley, Benny Brawley and Charlie Kovalich.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation or Havre de Grace Maritime Museum.
